* Early Childhood Degree/Diploma or a related Post-Secondary Program with willingness to complete any required education.
* Current First Aid
* Certificate of Conduct, Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Protection Records Check.
* Child Care Level 1 & Level II Certification

Candidates should have a strong understanding of:

* Developmental Appropriateness
* Parental Involvement
